Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro spotted on Indonesia telco database, global launch near

It’s already been two weeks since the launch of the Xiaomi 12 series but still no word on their international rollout. A new listing on the Indonesia Telecom certification website has revealed the vanilla (2201123G) and Pro (2201122G) models have received certification in the country meaning we are inching closer to their global debut.

Xiaomi 12 starts at CNY 3,699 ($580) in China for the 8/128GB trim while the 12 Pro goes for CNY 4,699 ($738) so it will be interesting to see the exact prices for international markets. It remains to be seen if the Xiaomi 12X will join the other two phones in its international launch. Our weekly poll saw plenty of love for the Xiaomi 12 Pro but we’d be eager to see if this will translate into real-world sales.

I feel like you are thinking of something else when you talk about sensor sizes. Does having the bigger sensor give you the confidence you lack or?

is there a better form factor available that has less compromises? I feel like its better to oversaturate this one than to make 1500 different ones that all suck. Like does a round phone that folds in 7 make more sense to produce than something peopl...
