I used xiaomi12 before, but its processing performance and heat treatment performance, mainly for gaming, are exceptionally good. Along with this, the battery life is also good. The performance of 8+gen1 is amazing. Cameras supervised by Leica with relatively large sensors also make shooting fun. I think it's a masterpiece because of its size, but it's a shame that it's a very minor model.

Xiaomi 12S does have a memory slot. If you had a memory card in the last phone, it works fine. But the file manager does not interact as it did in older devices

The 8+ Gen1 in the 12S series should do much better, so therefore I'd say go for the 12S if everything else matches your expectations.
