Question for everyone: Restore the phone to MIUI 14 or leave it on HyperOS?! Your opinion and experience about both systems on this phone model? Thanks in advance!

Why does the chipset clockspeed only maximum at 3.19 GHz instead of the normal 3.2 GHz of snapdragon 8 gen 2?

There are some strange things like sometimes it heats up for a short time "unnecessarily" when using navigation, but at least it doesn't affect the battery much... I think that despite all the networks with which it communicates intensively (5G + GPS) and the screen on at 70%+ brightness for the processor itself, it is not particularly intensive (even the 4x weaker SoC SD 845 did it quickly and without problems today)... but basically I think it will serve me like the Mi8 for 6 years.

You should look (if it's still working) what it's consuming... it's very strange to me.

Tt, 15 May 2024why does this phone have eSIM in the description?Because the global version supports esim.

One Xiaomi bad example for DND settings: That option has no notification settings receiving from certain people or calls from certain people or notifications from the desired applications at the time of DND. . . Simple, but not there. There are many badly handled and unfinished options like DND in system settings (both in HyperOS and MIUI OS). . . Think about that ;)

I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

For me the only software that is better is Samsung OneUI and maybe ColorOS.

I bought a brand new device on Saturday for 300 EUR (8/256) to try it out, so if I don't like it, I can still make money on it when I sell it. The device is new because only the phone in cellophane with RMA was received. So far I am satisfied but I think that such good hardware does not deserve such a stupid and poor OS. Big damage :(
The next step will be the Xiaomi 14 12/512, but I think they are being eaten by the non-functional software of the operating system itself :(

I have Xiaomi 13 for 9m already. It's good phone with a few drawbacks :
                                  - Android Auto does not work. There's a ton of threads on the topic.
                                  - Battery life is average - barely make through a single day. (It's nice to have 67w charger)
                                  - Had a 2-3 network not responding errors in the course of 9months use.
                                  - The phone is not waterproof at all - put my finger on the port and tapped it in a glass of water for less than 1sec. The next day display was dead -> surprise there was a corrosion under it...

Just selling mine for 300E 9m old. The battery is far from your current IP14. The only good point is it's 67W charger ~40min to fully charge it.

Advice needed. I have an offer for this model (used), one year old in perfect condition for 400e. Is it worth paying that much for a 1G old phone (the chipset is even older)? By the way, I own and use an iP14 that is 1.5 months old, but I'm tempted to try the Xiaomi 13, and I'm not being given 560e for a new one... What are your suggestions/advice?
I had a Galaxy S23/256 and the battery was horrified by how short it lasted. This iP14 is also great with the battery... What is the situation with the Mi13?? P.S. I also have a 13T Pro for 400e (second-hand) in the offer to buy and try, but I think it's a huge phone in terms of size, but I still need something smaller :(
