Xiaomi 13 series and other phones now receiving HyperOS 3

Xiaomi’s revamped HyperOS 3 continues to check devices off its to-do list, though some patience is still required. Here is the latest batch of phones to receive the Android 16-based update, according to ITHome. Note that this is for Chinese units, global models are a month behind.

Also, this is a gradual rollout, meaning units will get the update in batches instead of all at once.

The update is now focusing on 2023 devices like the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, the Xiaomi 13 series. Several Redmi Note phones are on the list, ranging from 2023 to 2025 models - the Redmi Note 15 Pro, Note 14 Pro and Note 13 Pro (and their Pro+ counterparts).

Again, the list above is for devices in China. The global schedule seems to run a month behind, e.g. the Xiaomi 13 trio is set to receive HyperOS 3 in January, as will some of the Redmi Notes – though the Redmi Note 13 Pro (note: the 4G variant) is getting it this month.
