let me list the negatives:
1.worst OS with a lot of bugs ,
2.worst screen reflections
3.very bad camera size, its big and make the phone feel bigger
4.Settings of the phone can be changed suddenly ,like notifications it will allow the app sending notifications suddanly , you need to go setting and make it off every 10 or week

It's still running like a new device today.

Sam, 22 Sep 2024Depends on the unit.My unit has no such issuesgatta be colder for lens to get foggy. same like windshield in your car. if its summer at your place you are good. i dont want useless camera for whole winter.

Got my Xiaomi 14 yesterday. I was searching for a compact powerful phone with good camera. I was confused between S23 and Xiaomi 14. I didn't go with S23 due to its slower charging and less battery backup. The only thing I was worried for was camera fogging issue. I recorded 4K videos for more than 5 min, used camera for more than 15-20min and there was no fogging.
If it had 3.5mm jack. It would have been a perfect phone.
But there is nothing perfect in this world. 😅
Please do let me know if I need to do any tweaks in setting for smoother experience. I'm new to HyperOS.

No way, everywhere you look it shows it's a Li polimer battery inside. Can you provide a photo please?

just open my xiaomi 14 to change to back cover..to my surprise the Battery is not Li-ion its Silicone Carbon.. wow

One of the perfect smartphone size
Best grip/ergonomics
Only worry is :::
1) battery life / heating
2) lens fogging issue (quality control issue)
