Basically it's only advantage is its cpu power, which nowadays is the most useless "feature", at least when it's not combined with a flagship camera that can benefit from it.

Buy a 1tb external ssd to replace the SD card slot
Buy a usb c dac that'll have a mini amp and it'll connect to your 3.5mm headphones or earphones.
Unfortunately those 2 things aren't returning in phones $200 and above. You have to suck it up and accept it.

No idea why they kept removing the headphone jack, even for midrange phones. And with tons of photos plus apps, 256GB internal is not enough nowadays, with 8 gen 3, not even enough for games, why no micro SD card support?
