I got the Xiaomi 14T Pro in its Titan Black color and in the 12GB+512GB configuration and have been using it for about a month. It's an amazing phone. It feels suprisingly light for its weight, even with the case on. The Dimensity 9300+ is a beast, it opens apps immediately and provides a stutter free experience in general usage and in gaming. Even when it heats up on heavier games, the temperature is manageable and the throttling is unnoticable. The screen is plenty sharp, though you may want to turn on the Vivid color mode in the settings if you prefer punchier colors. It has a maximum 144Hz refresh rate, but it will use 120Hz most of the time. It also has no LTPO support, which is a shame, but it's an understandable tradeoff. The battery can easily last a day and beyond of mixed usage and, when it's time to charge it up, you can do so in just over half an hour using the Xiaomi 67W charger. The cameras are also amazing, with the main sensor producing flagship-grade shots and the telephoto lens ensuring sharp results at as much as 11x - 13x zoom. 4K videos on the main cam are suprisingly stable and have plenty of detail. The ultrawide sensor is of midrange quality and nothing above that. This phone supports USB 2.0 only, so HDMI output isn't available.
This is my first-hand experience with this phone and I hope it helps you make your own choice.

if you okay pay $ 100-300 more to get that usb c v.3 then its a deal for you
As for me, i will just save that money and take this device and be happy with usb c v.2

Coming from Huawei, EMUI is far better in term of stability & optimization. Hopefully HyperOS 2.0 up to its promises.

Those 2 Leica Vibrant & Authentic adjusted in RAW before converted to JPEG (like Fujifilm camera). Leica filters separately got in the stock gallery editor. U dont like it? People bought the phones like it, including me, where I find the rest of the phone brands implementing too flat looking HDR images. Many profesional photographers I know like it as well. Again, ITS THE MAIN REASON PEOPLE BUY XIAOMI FLAGSHIP PHONES, LEICA CAMERAS, not usb type speed.

You can simply look for alternatives like the Galaxy S24 and Pixel 9. Both of them already have USB 3.0.

You have to bear in mind that the previous model has USB 2.0 as well, which is pathetic. You would think they would give atleast 3.0, which is not expensive.
Just an observation, I'm not looking to buy it anyway.
