I have been a Xiaomi user and mind you a good product. My problem, however, is the limited upgrades. I had a poco f3pro 5g released 4 years ago and it's not anymore qualified for upgrade of OS.

Bigger battery > AUX, sd card.

unnamed., 03 Nov 2024but if they include sd card slot and headphone jack the pho... moreSony says it can be done but even if it wasn't possible, maybe some people don't care about IP68 but Xiaomi alone releases 10 mid-high end phones a year, all no sd card, 12mp binning and no jack. The rest of market releases the same thing, there's 100 options and minimal variety.
Personally I don't care about the jack much, I'd rather it was there but I'd happily buy a 15Pro if it had everything I wanted minus the jack though I don't expect that to happen even in the 16Pro with geniuses like the one bellow think that not having and SD card slot gives him modern tech intelligence. It's a shame that it does not make up for lack of general intelligence.

I am waiting for one that can make 360 degree sweep panoramas with both the main camera and the ultrawide camera producing sweeps with a pixel height of at least 3500, like the old LG and Samsung single 16MP conventional sensor machines used to do a decade ago.
At the present time only Apple does sweeps with its ultrawide on the 16 series, but they only goes 240 degrees which is the equivalent of TWO frames on the ultrawide!
It is as though they are all desperately hiding what these phones CAN do, and copying each other instead of making a good phone you can use for everything.
I love my Mi Note 10 Pro, but so far there is zero improvement out there....

People can settle for this, the problem is that almost no mid-high phone offers the option. Also, my phone doesn't have an SD slot either, I settled for this because I considered the 25MP binned sensor worth it and my phone is still very fast so why would I upgrade?
I think the 15 and the 15pro are some of the most interesting phones I've seen in 4 years but it's not enough to upgrade.
Also, I've seen almost no one complaining about both the sd card slot and headphone jack but those who do might actually want them while you're just complaining that people are complaining.

Overall a well put together device. I'm liking Xiaomi, and might get the 15 Pro or 15 Ultra.
