It's even worse with the Xiaomi products, especially their tablets (Xiaomi Pad 6, 240 cycles, 79% capacity). Came brand new with 90% capacity. Same with my Poco F2 Pro, so it's been a long consistent problem/pattern with Xiaomi/Poco.
The repair shop guy even said "I get a lot of Xiaomi devices that look almost brand new with worn or dead batteries".
The cheaper unoriginal 25€ battery he changed to had 102% capacity, and the capacity lasted until the motherboard died a year later.
Even their software is notorious for standby battery drain. Seemingly huge 6-7.5k mAh capacity, yet outperformed by ~5k mAh phones (People, also take note that you lose the IP rating on battery changes).
Xiaomi is the master of shortcuts, industry leading - never beaten.

My X6 Pro just hit 600 charge cycles and the battery is barely taking any charge. I'm getting max 10-15w (67w original).
When it hits 80-90% it just charges 2-3w with the screen off. I can't charge it to 100% anymore with the screen on.
All of "charge optimization/cap" is turned off, and I've tried to hard reset it many times with no change.
Their batteries are the worst quality I've ever had in any of my devices. Don't believe their "90-120w" charging either, you actually get about half - even when the device is cold and 1%.

Xiaomi needs to stop using glass fibre as the back panel material, it feels so cheap that it's basically identical to a Redmi. Xiaomi's build quality has really gone downhill after the 14 Series

yeah, right, "flagship" when the phone can't even handle *actual* flagships with MediaTek. 15T Pro is upper mid-range, and that's putting it quite generously, esp. when compared to other Xiaomi products (let alone phones from other brands such as Oppo and Honor), such as the 14T Pro and the POCO F7 Ultra.
