Mi 8 had the same camera layout as iPhone X.. you just picked to wrong phone to talk about this. I remember a certain A series Samsung as well that looked like an iPhone X, Meizu, Ulefone, Oukitel, pretty much every one knocked off at least one of the iPhones with at least one of their phones, I just simlply can't agree with you on this looking like any iPhone.. not even if it was just plain white/black. It would look more like an iPhone without the gamer look, but as it is, it just doesn't look like one.

joe nodden, 05 Apr 2022"as far away from an iPhone as it possibly can" w... more"Exact position" The iPhone has much larger camera modules they are way higher up then on this phone and they are on the left edge.. nowhere near the Xiaomi.. the only thing that's even remotely similar is that they both have 2 cameras on top of each other and 1 next to them, that doesn't make it look similar nor does it make it a knockoff.

LG didn't decide to use a camera island until they decided to copy Apple with the K42.
Nokia didn't decide to use a camera island until they decided to copy Samsung (who copied Apple) with the G21.
It's like Airpods. Apple makes a hideous design then every other company decides to follow Apple over logic. I'm no Sony fanboy but they're pretty much the only ones to have not done that. They hardly removed any jacks, they only made 1 phone with a notch and they didn't make any camera islands.

Weird that the Shark 5 RS is with SD888 that should be better then SD870 is cheaper then this one. Also the camera seems better on the RS especially these gimmic cams like macro and depth cams. Even tough i dont understand the point for gaming oriented phone to have good cameras.
