I bought this phone recently, at first I noticed black crush issue, when using phone with lower brightness specially in dark colors, black crush happend and screen become somehow like pixelation... its really annoying

      It's done deliberately so they make a demand for ergonomically better designs so they can charge more for that too. All the flagships are super thin with 0 bezels so no matter the screen size housing remains comfortable for one handed use. Everything under certain (too)high price is made deliberately with disgustingly thick bezels

          I'm happy because finally the brands are aware that the size of Smartphone now is too big and the market lacks a thin and small smartphone options.

            Go to display color scheme and effect the change you want. Not a problem at all.

                  Can you tell me if the black crush is visible only on 0 brightness or also when screen brightness is higher?

                  I had a phone with that issue which i didn't think was a thing back then, pixelation was visible only on 0 brightness, when i move brightness bar just one number higher it stops pixelating dark colors.

                  Is it like that on mi 11 lite too?

                      Finally bought the Mi 11 Lite. So far I love it, though i noticed the Black Crush problem immediately. Another thing I noticed is the AMOLED display, the "whites" are not really white, looks abit off-white. I've fiddled with the display settings but no major change. My previous phone Huawei Honor 9 Lite LCD display looks cleaner and the whites are really white. This is my first time using AMOLED display, so i don't know if it's normal.

                          Hi seeing the latest global update which is 12.5. i always wonder why this 4G counterpart of the mi 11 lite is behind? I mean it is only MIUI 12.0.8 ? Anyone who can provide answers. Well Xiaomi didn't either😕

                                A.B, 05 Jun 2021Hi guys I want to buy this phone and I want you to share yo... morethe phone idle battery temprature is a like 28-30C° , when it's hot outside or whe using under direct sunlight it can get really hot (it was 38C° outside when i was using it thou) , i'd say the deal breaker is the water resistance for the A52 and the 3.5mm jack , and the thin , light , beauty(imo) of the mi 11 lite , that's if you're into normal use , if you are a gamer get the poco x3 pro
