Xiaomi Mi 5S certified in China, more specs revealed

The Xiaomi Mi 5S has passed the Chinese 3C regulatory body, leaving the phone to pass TENAA certification before going official. So far, we've heard rumors about the phone's 5.15" QHD display and its pressure sensitive features.

Happily, additional specifications have also leaked. According to a screenshot posted on Weibo, the Xiaomi Mi 5S will feature a Snapdragon 821 SoC with 6GB of RAM and an Adreno 530 GPU clocked at 650MHz.

At the back, there'll be a 16MP camera with 4-axis OIS. It'll be able to record 4K at 30fps and would have phase detection auto focus. Internal storage is reported to be 256GB (UFS 2.0).

Connectivity will be covered with Bluetooth 4.2, USB Type-C, NFC and Wi-Fi 802.11ac. The phone is reported to weigh 147 grams and measure 144.55mm x 69.2mm x 7.25mm. The battery is allegedly 3490mAh.

don't expect too much sir . it is priced below 30000 rupees and its worth it

All these overclocked upgrades are useless to me personally, I would prefer camera algorithms upgrades that improves the low light photography...

Yeah it's true that we're 3rd world country. But that doesn't mean some people here can't afford real flagship phones.
