Video out : no
it only support usb 2.0 and no external display support via usb, even if it comes with type-C port.
But you can use cast (in Setting > Connection & Sharing). No extra app needed to connect to laptop or tv with cast support. In windows 10, search "Connect" and there you go.

i can get mi8 64gb and mi 9 lite128 gb at the same price in my country ; which one you recommand?1_speed/more android updates/internal memory/battery life are important to me.
2_the 3.5 mm port and big noch are careless to me.
