Since Mi 7 is almost bezel less, the height may be less or equal to 145mm. If it is more, I have to stick to my still strong Mi 4i or go for Redmi 4 or look for other brands within 140mm height.

If only it would land 25k - 30k price range here in India it will be huge success . I dont think it will be coming any time soon may be around may or june

I hope they decide to put North American LTE support on it ( band 4 ).
I am fed up with phones that have 3000mAh and die at the end of the day if you use them too much.

Looks ok, was seriously thinking about mi6, especially because it was a perfect smaller phone size (ok acceptable size bellow 145mm), but those bezels looked a bit outdated now..
That said, I really hope they will stick bellow 145mm. Anybody knows more? Or is it another big brick phone..

[deleted post]They don't even sell a 3gb version. They sell 4gb and 6gb version, not at the same price. They are just added options. 4gb being cheaper, of course.

I believe that Mi 7 will be most salled phone of 2018.
Other companies have no other options apart from reducing its price on all their creations or leave from the market. The other optio is to buy xiaomi brand :-)

Which means Xiaomi did great job in choosing display for their flagship.
Having amoled for 100 more euro is waste of money which not everybody could pay.

metech, 11 Feb 2018Hey people make up your minds....big or small display / asp... moreMan IP68 is useless add-on for clumsy people who call under rain go swim with their phone.
Accidental water damage means you are careless and clumsy.
Having 128 or 256 GB disk space for that memory card is really useless. I dunno what exactly you want. Its another space which has been replaced with bigger battery.
Point 3 is useless as long as they took anything crappy to lover its final price for maximizing sales.
4. No jack as point 3. In present era no flagship having a jack and no flagship needs it.
Jack was good in past when there were phones like Nokia Xpress music which had great sound and were used primarily for this. I assume for you to buy MP3-4 player for music and phone for everything else. In era of next 1-2 years even a budget phones will be released without jack. Please move along over this. Or start searching bazaars :-)
As i said above they took everything which should make the phone costly to maximize sales and reduce the price as much as possible to outsale all other competitors companies and brands.
