Xiaomi Mi A3 Android 10 rollout resumes

At the start of the month, Xiaomi began seeding its Android 10 update to Mi A3 owners only to suspend it due to multiple reports of fingerprint sensor bugs and other anomalies.

It seems Xiaomi managed to resolve the issues as users are reporting the stable Android 10 build is again arriving to their devices. The OTA update comes in at 1.37GB and also brings the March security patch. Those who installed the previous version of the update will only get a 30MB patch which irons out the issues.

As expected the new update brings the standard Android 10 novelties including a system-wide dark mode, new gesture navigation and improved privacy controls. The update is already live in Brazil and India and is making its way to more regions.
