On the gsmarena it says the MI Play is running Android 9
But mine is running the Android 8... And many apps is not working accordingly...I either was cheated or the update to Android 9 is taking for ever

I have mi play first update miui 11.0.2 i got problem on rebooting it, it stuck on mi logo.
Then next update miui 11.0.3 now i got volume decrease o r volume down problem.
Can xiaomi comoany fix this kind of bugs?
