I can't change the wallpaper of outer screen ( cover screen background) somehow it's stuck... Anyone has same issue or solution please???

I already bought this phone from online shopping apps in my country, it is a global version. Probably UK set because of 3 pin adapter given inside the box. Cool phone.

The phone should have a Face ID not the finger print, I think that should be the only reason why I would not buy it.
