Does not have widewine L1 and does not support OTA updates (confirmed). "Global roms" are most likely just some hybrid-ish debloated Chinese rom with Google play installed and not an official fully featured global rom.
I think you will get a lot of apps that "does not support your device" on Google play.
Buyers beware.
