This phone is a beast considering the price at which it is available ( I bought it for 5,499/-). It has 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM WITH HELIO G36 & Coupled with 4GB of virtual RAM, on top of MIUI15; I can assure you that it won't lag even with Android 17 (update of which will be rolled out to this device). It's THE best choice in this segment!

Poco C61 same as Redmi A3 , as of now this is budget phone that i recommend. Nice specs for its price. Budget phone for android 14, and promise for 2yr updates . Overall this is quite good.

This looks like Redmi A3’s brother, as you could literally see the specs lol

this phones makes people to hate on Poco brand. xiaomi thinks we are in 2019 😂😂

Well, well, well... If it isn't the redmi A3

I wouldn't have much hope for this Xiaomi though

Also, take note that budget phones aren't designed for long term usage.

Even very basic games like angry birds 2, riptide gp 2, averages at 25fps. Horrible gaming experience. Tested it today on Tecno Spark 20c (8/128).
Browsers such Chrome stutters a lot. Heavy Social media apps like Facebook, X/twitter, instagram, stumbles a lot.
Multi tasking is not possible at all. If you have too many apps (7-8 apps) opened on the background, the phone hits up pretty fast, some apps even automatically closes.funny isnt it?
Also this weak chipset limits internet/wi-fi speed.
Overall i felt like g36 is not capable enough anymore, as social media apps like facebook are also growing in power and size, now these apps drain far more battery and require far more power to run smoothly, Xiaomi and Tecno should understand that, its nit 2017. Its 2024.
I will post full review on my youtube channel. And Trust me i will be very negative about this chipset.

                            Wtf is this mess (chip)

HelioG42069, 02 Apr 2024I know that you are, Performance is NOT a problem for that ... moreNowhere did I mention anything about durability in my first statement so I'm going to state it in this comment. So first of all, you are referring to durability, and it can't be referred to as simply just "durability". Yes, you pointed out a reason for durability, such as a kid dropping the phone and how and why it can affect the phone's performance. You can also mention IP or in-gress protection, which is the phone's resistance to dust, dirt, and water from going into the phone and this phone has no IP protection in any way (at least on paper), but I would doubt a phone at this price would even have one. Even if it had a decent IP protection and performance is the worst, it's still not worth buying. Another thing to point out "durability" is wear and tear, it's how long you can use the phone when pushing in its limits, yet it stil ends up being usable. For example, if you use your phone for less than 3 years and it ends up being unusable, it has bad durability, but if you use a phone for more than 5 years and it still holds up pretty well, you get the answer. Performance and Durability can't just be compared to each other, it would just confuse you more.

Panther G, 01 Apr 2024I'm talking about the performance, not durabilityI know that you are, Performance is NOT a problem for that person's kid, the phone's DURABILITY is. You brought up the performance topic the first time you replied to me and you're still mentioning it, it's obvious that performance isn't the main issue when somebody is buying a phone whilst stating that their kid DROPS it. Where does a phone being dropped relate to performance??

HelioG42069, 31 Mar 2024How do chipsets relate to durability?I'm talking about the performance, not durability

HelioG42069, 31 Mar 2024How do chipsets relate to durability? If the processor is hot, the phone has a poor cooling system and poor heat dissipation, then the battery overheats and deteriorates. Replacing a battery can cost more than buying a new phone.
