Dear community. My mother has Xiaomi Redmi 10C (4/128 version). It worked somewhat ok for her, but it had some issues, it could also be problems with display, that means that we got faulty device. She needs a new phone, she reads some news in browser, uses YouTube, and needs it for phone calls. Should I go for Poco C75, Redmi 13, Redmi 14C or to add some money and buy her Redmi Note 13 4G? Just to mention I have bought her Motorola Moto G52 (4/128), I was about to make it her main phone but didn´t have time for that. Should I go for some of those phones I mentioned or you think that that old Motorola modell will do the job?

shojimeguro, 20 Apr 2025because its cheap, and not many competitors in this price rangeit's cheap for unsuspected customers. still pretty feasible if you don't mind waiting 10 seconds just to open settings app, yet loads subway surfers in 0.1 seconds. the moment you turn the screen off and on, the magazine lockscreen turned into slideshow city!!!
because putting a chipset that is designed to run up to android 12, yet xiaomi shoves newer, heavier android version is like waiting a train wreck to happen. i'm wouldn't be surprised if this is just another redmi 9C successor.

For stuff like social media and tiktok it is all fine, especially on 8/256 gb version. I would not play high and medium graphics games on this phone though.
