aReefer, 15 Jul 2021Nothing misleading about having an output volume of around ... moreSome people are really useless :)).. When you connect headphones, go to settings, switch off dolbi atmos, and select appropriate earphones module for your earphones, headphones, buds, half buds, type c or 3mm,and youll adjust the volume to deafening levels. AndroEmu Games, 14 Jul 2021Bruhh Seriously None Of Your Problems Relate to Me ... Been... moreNothing misleading about having an output volume of around 50% of my old Poco F1 I think.
Perhaps you take criticism of your phone personally, but I don't.
Other users have also reported inconsistent audio output levels.
If I was complaining about the form factor of having a dongle, I'd say so, but I'd say that the volume getting nowhere near loud enough is an issue for many people, not just me.
Maybe I just got a bad dongle. Possible, and that would be legitimate criticism, but I'm not imagining it. The output is too low with the bundled dongle, even at full volume on the phone.

BEN90, 15 Jul 2021What you consider "decent" might be unacceptable ... moreExcept phones are made universal, not according to individual tastes. Bug is something not working as intended. If they are using a component that is never designed to provide you with the top available sound on the market, thats not a bug. It's the capacity of the component and the device. It's you not liking something, not that something not working as its supposed to. Nothing is perfect. If you want the best, you have to spend the money. Nobody sells you the best on the cheap, otherwise nobody will buy the expensive. There's a reason for everything..

I also bought the Foucault and realized that this is a mistake. There are things that despite the cheap price can not be compromised, buy realme they have no bugs

AndroEmu Games, 14 Jul 2021Bruhh Seriously None Of Your Problems Relate to Me ... Been... moreWhat you consider "decent" might be unacceptable to someone else. It all depends on his taste. You should have considered that before venting your unnecessary annoyance. Some people are addicts of good sound system. Also he ain't the first to complain about the quality of sound produced by the dongle. Also, he didn't complain of "problems". He stated only the sound problem.

Ok, thought i would try my luck because too many people say: my phone doesn't have any green tint! my phone is perfect! Well guess what, you probably need to check with your opthalmologist or if you are ok with buying a new defective product it's your problem but it's not normal. Second phone had EVEN WORSE green tint thatn the first. Also like the first one it overheats all the time, use it as a wifi hotspot and download say 7gb and you get a nice warning of overheating, it shuts down data, camera etc etc.

My advice to everyone looking for a phone bellow 450 euro... moreYou are wrong stating that the green tint and proximity sensor issues do not exist, too many people are complaining about them for it to be false. I can't comment about the green tint issue because my phone doesn't suffer from it and that is probably because I turned off automatic brightness and keep it on 90% all the time.
The proximity issue is real and my phone suffers with it. When you receive an incoming call and you place your phone next to your ear then the calling screen should go dark. This is to prevent any accidental touches to the buttons. If you wish to use the buttons to either use the keyboard or end the call then removing the phone from your ear should light the calling screen. Half of the time the proximity sensor doesn't work properly and the screen stays lit when it is against your ear. On occasions I have accidently ended the call when my cheek brushed against the end call button and that would not happen if the sensor was working the way it should. It doesn't happen every time, I would say that the sensor works correctly half of the time and turns the screen off during a call. I am not alone in suffering from this problem, and you are incorrect claiming that it does not exist.

Anonymous, 13 Jul 2021anyone having this issue where the earphone works totally f... moreI had inconsistent volume output in the beginning, and now it is just low all the time.
The dongle is a disaster from my perspective and it can't drive most of my headphones, including very popular models like my little Koss Porta Pro's (from the 1980's), AudioTechnica m40x's, and Phillips SHP 9600's.
None of these are considered to be difficult headphones to use with most other phones, but on the dongle the output to them is terrible.
I can only use a Bluetooth DAC with those headphones now, or dedicated BT headphones.
Not a phone for music lovers at all - and don't tell me about compromises when $100.phones can drive these headphones for years already.
This is a core feature - and it won't work properly.

Anonymous, 13 Jul 2021anyone having this issue where the earphone works totally f... moreAbsolutely agree. Hope all issues will be resolved in the next MIUI updates. People who complain about camera, should look elsewhere as they have to keep in mind that this is a budget high-end phone and there will be deficiencies.

My advice to everyone looking for a phone bellow 450 euros.. Forget about what some people say, they don't know how to set up their phone.. Nothing wrong with proximity sensor, or Green tint or anything like it.. Poco f3 is the best phone anywhere in the world if you only have 450 euros or less to spend. If you have more to spend, only then you can find better.
So, to summarize, , if you're on a budget, this is by far the best out there. It will provide you with just about the flagship experience in most aspects, as in every day use, 95% of the time. So get it, and get the 8GB version. Don't get the 6GB,it has a bad ram management. Trust me, price difference is worth it.
So that's it, dont read all the crap, get the phone it's the best below 450 EUROS,and will give you the flagship experience.

XiaomiSamsungHuawei, 12 Jul 2021Is MIUI that bad? I'm planning to buy this phone but t... moreYes, but you can make some tweeks to make it better, I heard about some kind of a custom ui, which is not really custom it's just closer to the chinese ui with xiaomi apps instead of google, that makes the experience much better and smoother, I don't know enough about because I didn't look into it, but in all cases this phone is a good deal, and the ui is much more stable and smooth than the terrible poco x3 pro.

I'm gonna say something about my history with this phone. I've owned this phone for about three months now.
1. I have to wait about more than three weeks before this phone arrived, yes it took sometimes to get and I ordered through Lazada. Maybe now much faster.
2. The most annoying issue is the proximity sensor, which will disturb you during call, whatsapp call, voice mail, and everything that applied proximity sensor. For me, yes that is super annoying.
3. Green tint issue, where in super dark environment, or when your screen at low brightness < 20% or so, there will be a visible green tint and your apps will look kinda weird. In normal brightness it will look just fine.
4. Poco launcher with MIUI, is not that great. You will find more bugs with this phone and I just dont want to mention here.
So, until now after 3 or 4 months of releases Poco still not solving these major issues. I just want to let you know before buying this phone. You can join Poco F3 Telegram group if want to know more.

I'm planning to buy this phone but t... moreNo it doesnt it has some apps already pre installed but its actually quite good and if u like digging in settings there are lots of customisations in there aswell. U can mostly get rid of the pre installed apps by just simply deleting them if u have the time otherwise it good

XiaomiSamsungHuawei, 12 Jul 2021Is MIUI that bad? I'm planning to buy this phone but t... moreWell its not a deal breaker Yeah it comes stock with ads but those can be disabled by turning of "recommendations" in the settings and the screens tend to be a bit saturated but that can be calibrated to be less saturated if you don't like that. One thing I have an issue with is the launcher although you can download another of the play store I use Nova launcher which works a charm :) However app and notification management are rather aggressive (aka some have complained about apps closing (in background) and notifications not showing up )- personally I haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary and anyway if you don't like something that can't be changed you can flash a custom rom like Arrow OS (does mean voiding warranty so mixed bag here)
