Same can happen with any other phone.
had a customer which Sony IP 68 certified phone drowned in a childs pool made of rubber after taking just 2 photos.
Phone were dead for good and we speak about 1200 eur device.
Litterary any phone can have minor or major problems.
Like when 1500 eur apple device got released and coudnt charge its battery unless apple fixed that 90% customers had this.
No brand is perfect.

90% iof other people who dont like to spend 1000 more for a phone wit minor improvements will find this device great enough.
Nobody forcing you to buy.
Feel free to get Sony 1 IV which on the paper will do more tricks that this device in real life use it will be litterary equal.

still like old F3 just 64MP f1.8 mediocre upgrade over 48MP loses 128gb 6gb ram one. of Poco F version.
