Crazy specs for a decent price. If only they had an active cooling system for an SoC like that. Passive cooling ain’t gonna cut it.

                Still hot!

PLEASE READ: Unfortunately, this phone can’t bare heat and gaming on high graphics on this phone will cause so much heat that the CPU solder will be affected, meaning that a DEADBOOT is inevitable within 1-2 years. If you wanna avoid this, please set all graphics to the lowest possible settings through game turbo as well as in game settings and/or play in an air conditioned environment where the temperature is 15-18 Celsius. This solely depends on the country you are in, depending on the overall weather and temperature throughout the year. If you live in a hotter country, BE SURE to use a fan whenever gaming. This does not only apply for the F4 GT, it applies for every snapdragon 800+ cpu phone without active cooling.

So you cannot change sidebar, floating windows, second space, LED light and pop-up triggers settings? I just want to know because memc in video sidebar is important for me, if i cannot use memc, i'd rather not update miui. I've seen someone commented that poco f5 or pro doesn't come with memc. I want to know whether it's due to miui 14 or phone models

Now that Poco F5 has been announced, should I choose that over F4 GT? I'm talking about the vanilla F5 version, not F5 Pro, I love the design. But at the same time I do love F4 GT's design and more balanced bezel sizes and also its pop up trigger. Performance wise, 7+ gen 2 seems promising too.

I know that many people are complaining about the battery life. However, if you have slight knowledge about how hardware works then you’d think this is a great deal for its price.

First of all, the fast charging feature allows you to carefully manage your battery without having to care for it like it’s your baby. (Once it reaches 20%, wait 7 minutes and unplug it at 80% to minimize as much strain on the battery as possible).

Second of all, I know how most people think that updating the software is worth it.
Very untrue, every phone and its native software is carefully optimized for one another. I had to learn it the hard way through Apples products. (This means that if you update your phone this could affect every aspect of your device INCLUDING its PERFORMANCE.

Lastly, people are complaining about its inability to maintain temperature. Of course it’ll become a furnace if you strain the cpu with ULTRA graphics and fps for hours at a time. Everyone knows that gaming on high settings will cause your hardware to degrade.

Like I said, this phone actually deserves it’s flagship title considering it NEARLY replicates every 800$+ flagship phone in terms of performance.
