Some LCDs could also have it's fair share of eye risks, like PWM, but i get your point, OLED can be pretty harmful to your eyes compared to LCD.
Unfortunately,AMOLED is not eyesight friendly and is harmful to eyesight .so I prefer ips LCD but our choices are very limited because most of mobiles are AMOLED
