Yes you can use your phone's hotspot but that's 2 devices you have to buy and that cost is too high for many. Labour class in many country still prefer T9 keypad feature phones for long battery life and limited risk of breaking and most importantly, the low cost for just making calls and maybe bank texts.

      They usually buy Tabs as a family computer or a students main computer that can do as many things as possible. It has a large display barely consumes any power so keeps the electricity bills low and does a good chunk of whatever a full fledged desktop could do.

      This is why I never question people wanting FM Radio on their devices, I don't see much use for them but there's a high chance I don't know what it means to someone who uses it daily and relies on it.

        This is basically a rebranded Xiaomi Pad 7 from last year. A direct copy with zero improvement. What makes it even worse is Xiaomi didn't bother to lower the price since they are afraid it might damage Xiaomi Pad 7 sales. So, either you pick Poco Pad X1 or Xiaomi Pad 7, they are pretty much identical in base specs and price.

                This has got to be the first time Poco rebranded a Xiaomi number pad series tablet

                    Who would even buy this when you can get a secondhand Pad 7 in the first place? Heck, I don't doubt if there's a secondhand Pad 7 Pro that costs the same as this recycled tablet when launched.
