Only in major cities can a user avail cloud storage on the other hand me having a 256gb storage is actually enough but if I plan to go on a trip a microsd is needed much more when using a go pro to check the video

No MicroSD is a deal breaker. Also, we don't know if it will be lacking LTE bands needed in the USA for connectivity. The X3 Pro would have been nearly perfect for a budget android if it had all of the LTE bands required for AT&T and T-Mobile.

Are you even looking at the price gap between those chip?
As you know, sd778 are more expensive than dimensity 920 and yet their performance are not far from each other....
What I mean is don't underestimate the Dimensity. Its on par if not better than thier Snapdragon counterparts.

920 soc is fine, but in a year we will get arm v9 socs for midrangers, then jump on performance and efficiency will bigger than last 5 years... So I'm gonna wait for successor

no wonder xiaomi popularity in indonesia or elsewhere are dropping, they are ignorant, they want to remove microsd so badly. and many ignorant people just say "used cloud storage, usb", we want extendable offline storage solution which is not using usb.
cloud storage are not solution for extendable storage, but solution for backups which is need internet connection. you will have problem to get data back from cloud if you are on no internet connection area lol.
and the stupid thing xiaomi kept on their flagship phone : still used slower usb connection. their competitors are already using usb 3.0. and their usb for are not quite stable enough to transfer data.
many people are accepting marketing propaganda words like microsd is make your smartphone slow, microsd is have a lot fakes and another BS for promoting their cloud service which is not really open to user. is just same with batteries, usb cable, wall charge is have a lot cheap fake alternative.
i just want an xiaomi flagship with microsd and usb 3.0. lol
