I honestly understands your point but phones arent waterproof like submarines they are just water resistant. Which is not same.
And as long as noone will gves you water damage warranty said water resistance is like a
plaster on a broken leg.

They are not here because we could just dunk our phones into the watter and start filming. Those certificates are here if we have a bad luck and our phone gets wet or dunked into water by accedent so we can have a some piece of mind. Yeah, everybody knows IP certificates can't be 100% waterproof.
But to conclude, thise Poco X5 Pro is very comparable with 1 and half year old Galaxy A52s.

Anonymous, 10 Feb 2023not talking about using on a sunny day, but in general whil... more900 nits is the peak brightness in HBM (High brightness mode). Of course that's not the limit, you need minimum of 1000 nits brightness to get certified as Dolby vision or HDR. Pretty sure its HDR peak brightness is 1200 nits cause thats what was used in previous model.

Just a miserable 'specs' guy who is disappointed their phone series is not sticking to its norm like when they used to worship it for the 'flagship performance'.
