sHoKsHiK, 01 Feb 2024Yo dude what about the poco m5s? Not recommended unless you don't mind a 60hz screen. Get a Poco M6 Pro instead?

Have been eyeing the phone specs, it is well equipped and is an all-rounder budget phone. It has all ticks from its specs list, making it a jack of all trade.

Why..not WiFi ax ???, and plastic back ?...

In Sdcard you can save everything. You can then flash custom rom without having to move everything back and forth. Saves time and no worries of forgetting to backup

How is the performance, to those who have used this phone?

pl2rts, 14 Jan 2024For majority of people even 64GB is enough storage space an... moreNever, ever assume someone else's usage habits and needs.

First of all, 64GB isn't enough for anyone anymore. Pictures and videos taken with these 50-100-200mpix cameras take up a LOT of space.

Then the transferring to computer for editing? A pain without a microsd card. Not everyone wants to wait half of forever for transferring via wireless, or even set it up and always connecting via cable gets tiresome, too.

If someone has a terabyte of music in wav, flac, mp3, whatever, let them have it - and in that case microsd is always the best choice to handle, move and share it. Same with movies or any other media. For example I've got 200GB of various technical manuals, brochures, ad materials etc. that I need to carry - can't have them someone where in paid cloud and then search & download again and again.

Anonymous, 09 Jan 2024512 is not enough for most people, be it for photography or... moreFor majority of people even 64GB is enough storage space and it's a fact cause otherwise they would of not removed the microSD card slot. It's a really really minorities who actually need more space on a phone.

I have 65GB of music on my computer and to listen them one by one it would take over a year as winamp calculate it.

Also there is no point to have these 100mb 5 minutes songs that have a good quality as the phone dong have that good soundcard in it and no audiophile can get anything out of that.

Also people were fine with 250GB hard drives on laptops and used the laptop for 10 years without needing a larger storage.

If 512GB is not enough for you then you have some serious hoarding issue and should seek help.

Also talking about photography then anyone who think they are professional photographer wont ever need a lot of storage on phone cause they will never use the phone cameras to make serious pictures for there hobby or for there work. Not even amateur photographers use phones.
