When the Redmi 4 came out, so did every conceivable permutation of variants with 'Note', 'A', 'Prime' etc. If it was their intention to confuse the market, apparently it worked and they're sticking to it.

Xiaomi (and other brands for that matters) REALLY should work on their product naming, and while they're at it, they should slow down with these 50 phones a year like goddamn 🤣
If we're talking about Apple, the tiers are clear: from the budget SE, to the regular iphone 1x, the 1x plus, 1x pro and 1x pro max.
Now here comes xiaomi, yet with another iteration of poco Mx'es or their Poco Fx'es. I won't be surprised if they released yet another redmi note 13 iteration in the near future 🤣🤣
What is this phone even supposed to cater to?
