Hi.
I want to say sorry for everyone (including Xiaomi company)
I'm the anonymous who previously wrote the 1440p playback issue.
i wrote that comment before I was creating this account.
i can't edit that comment that's why I'm writing this now.
after restart my phone 1440p playback issue is fixed.
now my video playback working same as before.
i did Restore my phone after miui update but didn't fix my issue that time
that's why i previously wrote that comment but i never thought my issue will fix with simple Restart
I'm really sorry for wasting your time in my comments.

I checked this phone display info with many phone info apps they're showing this phone support HDR 10 and HLG HDR and wide colour gamut
this phone support full HD video playback
but I played 1440p smoothly with
VLC player and MX player with sw decoder
yeah it will make phone hot 38°, 39° like playing games but no other issue
but after i updated my phone to 13.0.7.0
it's gone. now 1440p video not playing properly but before the update its playing smoothly.
now I understand they are reducing the mobile performance with update

This phone doesn’t have an IR port. But overall, it’s a very good phone at the price ₹9999 on MI website (at launch and still on). It’s a bit tall though.

It isn't just clock speeds and games. There is 5G and LTE speeds and reliability, image processing, charginf, BT and durability.
SD will remain the king especially now that they will use TMSC

Looks value for money phone. I like if for the Snapdragon SoC. At that price most phones come with Mediatek which is not good in long term use.
Currently using a Poco F1 (bought in september 2019) and on the second original battery. Pretty happy with it.
But I need a second phone at 10K to reduce load on this device. And I like this new one. Will wait and see.
Otherwise will go for a Moto device with Snapdragon SoC.

I still think the Redmi 9T is better value for money. They should have brought it back with this chip.
