I'm using this model since one year. The camera quality is very poor. The picture quality is faded down on both front and main camera. No one can expect such type of picture quality in 50 MP camera. So, don't recommend this model. I'm totally disappointed.

The camera is clear, there's no difference between 50 mega pixel and a normal photo, just that you can zoom much further after taking a photo. Performance in gaming is good too, it just heats up if you play a lil to long.

Myself and my Fiancee bought 2 Xiaomi 10 phones in November last year. My phone crashed in April and had a small crack over the camera lens. My Fiancee took it IN for me as I was away with on work. However the company/tech department refused to repair the phone and told her that I must pay approximately R3000.00. My fiancée sacrificed her phone dor me as I was with work. The second phone crashed the same way on 05/11/2023 after 07:20 just after video call from my Fiancée. These just crash with being dropped or rough handling. The worst part the company do not want to take responsibility or own to the technical short coming of their brand.

I'm really disappointed with this phone. After first full charge, battery drained to 90% in 10 minutes with serious overheating. I took the phone to customer care centre, they kept the phone for about a week plus and still the problem persists. Now the phone sometimes freezes and restarts. This phone is just less than 2 months old.

I cannot update my Redmi 10 2022 model 22011119UY to MIUI 14, it still has the MIUI Global 13.0.16.0 SKUEUHG version, I don't even see a newer version anywhere. I use it in Poland. I have already changed the regions to Switzerland and other European ones. Does anyone know what to do to update to 14?

Got it new today. Battery excellent, smooth operation, only flaw is the camera module. It doesn't use the 50 mp lens most of the time. You can use this lens only in pro mode, otherwise it uses the 8 mp lens. This also means videos, photos in apps such as WhatsApp, Instagram are taken with worse lens.

Network 🛜 frequency of Xiaomi Redmi 10 2022 is very poor and MI service centre is also very unfriendly, unhelpful, disgusting.

Is there a problem only on GLOBAL version or is it also on EU on MIUI 14.

... moreAfter updating to 14.. nothing changed or improved significantly compared to the downgrades I got.
First I lost an option I always love "screen Pinning "
Secondly I always loved the feature to open recent apps and if I press and hold an app it takes me straight to settings of the app now itt just freezes my phone.
