It's may... moreI have Redmi 10C and I'm the one saying MIUI is fine and there is not really a problem with it, but the thing with the multitasking is real. I don't mind it, it can get a little annoying every now and then, but I don't have the habit of having more than 3-4 apps running at a time and that is usually for a very short period of time.

MIUI performs like every other ROM or Android skin, those who say one is better than the other need to find new hobbies in real life and go outside more, maybe they will realize there are more important things than arguing about ones and zeroes. This discussion board is about people talking about the phone - asking if it's worth the money, asking about problems and solutions, not really about theorycrafting about ROMs and such, because it's not beneficial for the topic of discussion and it just floods the discussion board with uselsess spam.

This phone is far from ideal, but for the money, to have Snapdragon 680, UFS 2.1, 4GB RAM and 128GB storage space is really a good deal if you can accept the drawbacks and live with them. I've had this phone since August 2022 and I've been really happy with it, I don't plan on changing it unless it stops working or I drop it and it breaks.

I hope it gets HyperOS soon, it will be interesting to see how it performs with it - better, worse, the same, etc.

      Even with the bad multitasking it's still bearable. Again, normal people won't really care about it. Only people who care about these things are tech nerds. Ibused to be one, it doesn't gain you anything useful in life to obsess over hardware and software, there are more worthwhile things in life.

            How is MIUI different or worse than any other ROM? I used all kinds of phones - Samsung, Nokia, Hiawei, Meizu, Xiaomi and even Windows Phone. All the Android phones felt the exact same, no difference or problems.

            I think you suffer from "first world problems" where your life is so dull and devoid of meaning that you start seeing differences in Android ROMs. MIUI works fine for me, I don't even know if I will bother flashing the ROM after the last official update releases or just keep it like it is or buy a new phone when this one stops working. I used to get all nerdy about computers and phones, but that was years ago, now there are more important things in life than what ROM or OS you are using. I hope those stop giving you a boner soon and you find something more worthwhile to dedicate your time and energy to.

I feel ram management is better here compared to global, my main intension to get mi dialer for call recording. But it's really smooth though, sharing my experience

                                  Great phone! Snapdragon, ufs on a 100$ phone must be kidding! 4 gb of ram doesnt feel choppy
                                  Camera is very nice.
                                  Recommended for a budget phone or a secondary.
                                  Some unit encountered a flickering issue after looking at some reviews.

They exist for some specific regional requirements. I think they have the same performance and drain the battery equally.

                                        Stick to your default ROM until support ends in February 2025, if you already flashed your ROM, you've voided your warranty. And you did it for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
