You can, nothing phone can not run that, but the optimization experience will be difference accross device or brands
Multitask? Yeah 8GB ram have capabilities of that but not with the limited capabilities of eMMC Storage, this still will be bottleneck when phone do caching huge files in storage memory
For better multitasking phone, find one with UFS Storage even with 4GB Ram still better than anything

There is nothing new here emmc, gimmick camera, slow charging, mediocre processor
