Idk why but my region are so slow in getting HyperOS but finally i did get it like 2 days ago. So far it is quite refreshing. I wouldn't say mind blowing but i've noticed that it is much smoother. Overall it really not pack with much additional features but it is still great.

Friends i am using Redmi 12 5G since 15th Aug 2023. Last mnth Feb 2024 phone was updated to Hyper OS. But today while charging I noticed that suddenly it has stopped showing the charging symbol, but phone is charging as normal. Little confusing while charging that whether phone is charging or not.
Is any one facing the same issue?

imranbani, 12 Mar 2024Guys how is hyper os performance on redmi 12 5g?Hyper OS is very smooth on Redmi 12 5G. Since February I am using Hyper OS. I have no issues with it. The best part is customization of Lock screen.

But comparing the Redmi 10 5G to 12 5G and 10 4G to 12 5G, the 5G got more upgrades than the 4G in a shorter time, so maybe the 5G will have a small enough price impact that they can merge the 2 lines into one 5G line with the 13 that includes the ultrawide and everything

They really removed ultrawide camera, stereo speakers and proximity sensor compared to Redmi 10? Seems more like a side-grade than upgrade at this point, hopefully they bring those back for Redmi 13. Maybe it was because the 5G-capability ate up all the budget.

Got Hyper-Os global rom but not installing, the bootloader needs be unlocked
