It's stand maximum 11 months, and the battery go down, the loudspeaker isn't famous, the internet stop when you receive a simple call, the touch screen is not stable... The contrast also isn't good, you can't see correctly outside if its sunny ! Ads are activated in your files, even you are just looking for a picture or a document in your phone !
When you buy it the first days it's cool, but you have to throw it... I'm so disappointed !

this thing is awful. bad out of the box. if all you use it as is a phone it's still dreadful. bogged down with google assistant and ads in the file manager of all places, this thing bricks just when I'm listening to music.

It's truly frustrating that after 6 months of buying this phone, it started heating badly that the phone will start warning me that it's shutting down due to over heat. This happens every week especially in the afternoon. A don't like this product

Alhamdulillah, i had used it for a years no problem or issue this is a a good budget phone with decent camera & battery, wireless radio 4+4 ram with 124gb memory not bad for casual games

Collosniper, 15 Apr 2024It's upgradable to android 14 hyperOSI have using Xiaomi redmi 12 c 4 to 5 months it can go on Android 14 and Xiaomi hyper os latest update I do it but there are glitch Xiaomi hyper os that screen brightness will adjust when you take in high and take low it will not go when you slide 2 to 3 time then it comes low this the problem have Xiaomi hyper os because facing this problem
