Some people through micro usb is too weak and too slow it better buy a 20w charger it support quick charge just turn on the boost charging on setting my 12C isn't bad i love it

Very difficult to set up. Unable to add my own ringtone. Automatically had mobile data enabled which I do not want. So far unimpressed.

i am very regret buying this phone because very unuser friendly, and alot of ridiculous
software operation system inside there,
1) the contact address book not showing the title of name for ringing tone that i have
already set for that particular person (it is not display at all.So i have to write it down on
paper or to memorize it, while my other brand of phone used before like
oppo,vivo,samsung,honor,realme doesnt have this problem at all , those brand phone i
use before they do show the title of name of which ringing tone i have customize it for
which particalar contact caller person is.
2) some of ringing tone and alert tone in my sd card can not test hearing first before i apply
or added it.
3)There are many ridiculous things example like for the youtube app - is written only one
option ,there is only can use mobile data to play, But i tested turn off my mobile data ,it
still can use wifi connect to play , So is very confusing.
4) the light sensor for screen display not accurate, always have to manual adjust by my
own self only feel comfortable to read it .(although i have already set for auto adjust )
5) the receiption signal for getting mobile internet data line is bad, i always have to turn it to
aeroplane mode first when can not get signal and return back to no more aeroplane
mode, then will only easy to get the internet signal again.
i had been using about 3 months and found the phone keypad sometimes started get hanging , And need to reboot or restart my phone again to solve the hanging problem,
So here i advice not to buy this xiaomi redmi 12c - although it is around US 20 dollar cheaper compare to others, but better go for oppo, samsung,vivo,realme,honor,huawei..

My friend purchased one and i helped him with setup (4+128gb version). Phone is fast, no bugs so far and display is bright enough. Camera is nothing special (perfect for the price) plus is the fingerprint scanner. There are only 2 negatives about it, the size (its huge) and no case in the box. For 110 euro it definitely gets my recommendation.

Okay, slowly I got the hang of features and really like the phone in this price tag... just two flaws.. camera is sub par even compared to previous galaxy A12, this doesn't have wide camera angle and also the focus is bad, you really have to hold the phone still for it not to be blurry, and videos are really bad unless lighting is really good.
Secondly, a bug, the flashlight keeps turning on by itself.
Oh and third, when u search contact in the dialer, it shows all the numbers of a contact in sequence instead of showing the default number first
