eMMC 5.1 in 2023 is INSANE. Loading times of any application within the OS, including system apps, will be slow as hell. In fact, this thing will be even slower than the 3 generations old Redmi 10C which uses the much faster UFS 2.2 spec, alongside the better and more efficient Snapdragon 680 (6nm, released in October 2021) compared to the older, slower and inefficient Helio G85 (12nm!!!, released in April 2020).
Only Xiaomi can take a decent entry level phone, massacre its spec sheet, put a completely useless gimmick to cover it up (90Hz RR, which the G85 will struggle to hit most of the time anyway), and shamelessly call it a "new version".

guy love this phone bought it in japan so nice am enjoying it am a gamer so i can say that gaming in this phone is good i will give it 8/10 thanks bought it for 90yen

All specs good for the budget, downside it's 260ppi screen resolution. 270ppi is the base in this time, again Helio G85 is old chipset now

First of all, POCO C65 and now Redmi 13C are powered by Helio G85. Additionally, the Redmi 13C ad I just came across says the storage space is expanded up to 1TB here it's only 512GB, I don't know who's at fault, but according to the ad, maybe the 1TB is the amount of micro SD card capacity that can be supported by the phone.

So now its fix, we need more ram memory maybe 6 above, to block laggy after upgrade software. Actually i never upfrade my software, i just think upgrade or not my phone will stay good

rsdt, 14 Nov 2023Obviously the Redmi 13C is more optimized because Xiaomi us... moreHaving Redmic 10C since August 2022, and having Android 11, then Android 12 and then Android 13, I can tell you that I have not seen any decrease in performance. The performance is exactly the same.
Since the phone has SD 680 + UFS 2.2, it never felt slow, it's the same like with desktop computers - once you pass a certain hardware threshold, your hardware is more or less "overkill" and you don't notice any slowdowns anymore.

I plan to change it for the Redmi 10 5G with 6GB of RAM, which is basically the Poco M5 but without the macro sensor and much cheaper
