i recently purchased the phone but the fingerprint sensor has been failing since i started using it and only works again after rebooting the phone. It slows down a bit, loading apps takes longer after reboot and to make it worse some sim-cards cannot be registered on WhatsApp.

But before you decide to go to the store, it is crucial that you do factory reset at home and see if it already solved the issue. Good luck to you!

This is my first time using a Xiaomi phone and am currently regretting my decision to buy this phone.
Can't even use my WhatsApp account on this phone since last month, it's really frustrating. My phone stack most of the time and sometimes it's so slow. And I just bought it march, not recommending someone to buy this phone at all.

My phone has not gotten any update of Android OS so far since last year. Wish to see it runs under Android 15 of course with its new kernel 6.6 version to replace current kernel 5.10 version it is being run which is Android 12 originally has. Also there is obvious intermitten issue on battery consumption. Sometimes it last over a day, in other occasion it could only stand less than a day. No idea what's wrong. This happened in the situation no single app is being opened. Does anyone could help solve it? I am looking forward to immediate response on it. Glad if Xiaomi could see this and fix it for me, who knows right? Thank you.

This phone is now partial ewaste now because google has rendered the NFC on is completely useless because it's supposedly rooted or running uncertified software.
Good job google, I'll just go buy an iPhone

They only use the same hardware but the software are trash and cabbage. You can check out the genuineness of the phone from Xiaomi.

They might crash thus affect the whatsapp. Trying to erase the cache could be a help. To do this go to phone setting, choose app menu, when you were in there select whatsapp, choose storage then delete the cache. If problem still persist try to uninstall then reinstall but this will cause your data such as contact will be automatically deleted, perhaps this won't happen if you already backed it up. Hope that helps.

I got this phone to do basic stuff. Watch YouTube, use WhatsApp, Twitter. Maybe read PDF books. Watch Netflix anda stuff like that. The problem is note matter what app I use after a while the interface crash. I wasn't expecting the Best phone in the world. But I did expect to do those stuff witouth lagging pr crashing. Any help with that?
