i got this phone yesterday morning.and it is simply superb.the only problem is that apps cannot be moved to sd card.hope they will fix it in next update.

With in 5999/- price this is perfect smart phone. I have found problem like heating while playing heavy games, video calling and weight is little bit heavy.

For all those people who are complaining about the heating and battery issues, try using google next time and stop crying like a baby,
Just Root your redmi 1s install no cpu frills, underclock the cpu to 1.402 ghz and it will fix your heating issue
and regarding the battery issue, just install Greenify and freeze all the un wanted apps and your done.
I Myself did these steps and now its working amazingly with no heating and battery drain issues

i got this phone in the flash sale on sep 16th and it was delivered the next day. from past 2 days i haven't found any major issues except the earpiece irritates sometime while making calls and it heats up a bit after using it for a long time(only in wifi & video recording)..
the touch screen is very smooth and battery backup is wonderful(i charged it only twice till now)

And that screen thing you wrote about, absolute madness. Nothing matches its screen at this price (even higher). Ask Flipkart for a replacement rather than trolling here buddy..
