This phone too slow?i don't think so..mine running miui7 with costum kernel..damn fast!!

YES it is the best for its price.. Apart from bit weighty other features are excellent. cam is awesome. video quality is high. when connected to broadband wifi its speed was awesome, i couldnt believe my eye such was the fastest. ALL in all it is best for its price. even after updated battery heat up problem solved.

I just bought Xiaomi Redmi 1S a couple of days ago relatively cheap @ lelong com my online (Malaysia) costly RM 299 (excluding postage and GST). Unboxed box, noticed charger is missing. Only USB cable, manual and battery found. I wonder why. Is it to buy separately ? Normally the box's sealed directly from the factory, how come this happened? Asked the retailer @ lelong still no answer. Anybody faced this similar case? Compared with HTC Desire 600 dual sim (specs slightly the same), this phone is too slow loading and noticed not good. Better dont buy for those who plan to buy.

hi frinds its not a good phone..they are not solve any problem..before updation its ok,but once updated to kitkat...its just normal phone,google products all are not working,just dummy phone..i hate it..i want plan another mobile not "MI"

Dear sir,
i am buying new a redmi 1s phone for past one year ago,but battery consumption very high,minimum 2 hours battery fully discharged without interned,after that i have update new version 6.7.1.0(KHCMICH).But did not solve this problem till to time, pl give me any suggestion

adla, 28 Sep 2015can u use your mobile data for all other apps...ya u only not use online things like what up facebook applicable online friends not show. laptop not connect with hotspot of mobile.

updated my redmi 1s to kitkat version... i personally felt the camera is not good as it was before n i also felt little lag while scrolling screens...
