The very person starts praising it. My redmi 1s is totally fine. It is not just the camera quality you have mentioned. What about all sensors, removable battery, flash, 4.7inch display 300+ppi, solid look, on the go support, quad core.
This is my first Android phone and I know my decision can never be wrong.
3 year back I bought Nokia c2_00 it's still working fine but when it was launched people gave it so much -ve review..
Most of the reviewer you see here they are either fake or impatient. Don't let them mislead you.
What we should be most concerned with is the output. Why should one be worried about what fertiliser was used when fruit is sweet harmless and nutritious.

in my redmi 1s,cpu model shows quad core.arm v7processor.(vfp v4,neon).it heats up for normal use mean just scrolling the screen.i run antutu benchmark,it scored 20515.is der any solution to heat problem?plz reply.tnks

.purchase power bank which can be compatible with many devices rather than investing in battery

rs, 15 Sep 2014Yes, I did not notice any heating issue in 24 hours I am us... moreNo heating..people who are complaining must have not updated there device to 36.0 ROM or playing high end games continuously or received faulty piece...its heavy CPU so definitely going to heat up like laptop does...may be future updated solve this

guys, xiaomi is cheating with us.. there is 873MB of ram in redmi 1s, i baught it from flipkart flash sale. i did this and that and what not to buy this phone and it turned out to be a 873mb phone- a crap phone. cheating..
music player and games dont run simultaneously.
u get to use 4 to 5 gigs out of 8gb.
apps wont move or installs automaticaly on sd card, u need to root and install third party app.
installed asphalt 8, airborne.. a race never completes. game closes itself in middle of race any time it likes. frustrating.
dont buy this if u love performance.
specification on paper is mind blowing but performance is not.
moto e is better if u can compromise on camera.
and camera in redmi 1s is mind blowing both front and rear. but when u want to use heavy games and apps like asphalt it crashes.

Now I am not sure if it has MSM8226 or 8228 after reading this.

This says heating problem is due to MSM8226.
MSM8226 official speed is 1.2Ghz but they overclocked it to 1.6Ghz which causing extra heat.

Pathetic quality, dont go to buy it. buy another phone. Issues are
Heats very much
Hangs when you need to call
performance is very disappointing
If you have build a ship and forget to put the ignition key space then it worth nothing even you did a lot to do
