go to recovery mode(1st switch off ur mob then presss volume+ and power key) and wipe data and restore ur mobile.. thats it.

I amusing cell since last December, it is doing well. But, yesterday I changed screen security pattern and unfortunately I forgot the pattern. Now, I am unable to unlock my cell. Please suggest me to resolve the problem.

I'm using this phone from 6 month,its so nice mobile as well as price also not more,in that it's superb as compared to others mobile,not a still any problem in my mobile, contineous battery backup of this phone is nearly 3-4 hours,because it has only 2000 mah battery, and it will be consumes after use..but if we use for only calls its more sufficient. ...
I'll request to the redmi company, whenever you will launch your next mobiles, increase battery power more as possible as...price of mobile also extend but give us most powerful and giving much battery backup.....

the phone was good initially. But suddenly battery started draining in one hour..
service centres are ridiculous. Phone in service centre for the last 3 months. They say no spare part available. Spoke to MI and send mails but of no help
If you phone gives some problem and u visit the service centre then God alone can help you. Cause Mi's service centre is not capable of repairing your phone.
Use and throw withing one year phone...

My phone does not operate on mobile data but it smooth work on wi_fi. I updates miui 6.6.1.0 please any one suggest to me how can I remove this problem.
Can any but updates miui 7 rom?
What are the performance ot it.

I am useing 1s .I am on latest MIUI 6.7.1.0(KHCMICH) stable version.Main problems are the set stops and rebooting automatically when music are playing on mx player.the secound probleme is battry consumption.set consume battry very fast as 100% battry discharge to 20% on 1 to 2 houres.set surpriseingly consumes battry on switch off condition.as 100% battry discharge to 0% wthin 6 to 8 houres when the set is switch off. My battry is on good condition and I donot play games. Pl give me any solution for this.

I am useing 1s near about one year.primarily it became over heat about 40' and above.but when i download 6.6.1 set became cool.but when i in latest version the set automatic starts to reboot on working condition and stops.also the main problem is battry consumption. Battry consumes very fast. The hanset consumes battry in switch off condition also. If i put the set inswitch off cond. Onbattry fully charge the battry becames about 0 within 12hours.

First of all Congrats to Xiaomi... My redmi 1S is running successfully and brilliantly with no problems till date even after one complete year after I bought it last year in September flash sale.
But recently I moved to Vancouver Canada, here I found a problem, this phone is not compatible with telus network.. Can Xiaomi help me out how to fix it.. Or can they suggest me the other options.. Thanks

i used this phone for nearly 10 months.......i used this phone roughly but the phone is good....and its really working awsome....i chaned lot of rom in my phone still my phone supports all rom and its working fine....as i changed a lot of rom the phone is still experiencing good performance....i never seen such a mobile like this...while playing there is some heating near the camera....but it is managable.....even sony z2 gets heat while playing..it is worth for buying this rate....
