After updating the Xiaomi Redmi 1S mobile phone with "MIUI version 6.6.1.0 (KHCMICF)STABLE version", I am unable to work on 3G network. the same problem is faced by one of my friend also. please solve the issue.

Follow these steps to make 3G work after latest update.
Dial *#*#4636#*#*.
Go to Sim info 1. Change reception mode to 2g.
Go to Sim info 2 . change reception to 2g.
Than go out reboot.
Again dial same no.
Than go to Sim 1 info which is 3G capable. Select 3G now. It will change.

if u do offically update..then their no problem with b... moreIf u r using Dual Sim, Then change the network mode into 2g for Another Sim and search neatwork into manual, and then select any any network which u r not using, I was facing the same issue but its has already resolved ........

if u do offically update..then their no problem with bootloop...yes redmi 1s got update of kitkat ..its MIUI 6 also It get offically update in each week for developer Rom

Hi, i updated redmi 1s to kitkat (MIUI 6) but 3g is not working ,i changed network type in phone information 1 and 2 . but its not changing to 3g, and another is heat is not reducing .
So, please help to solve this issuses.

i bought redme 1s before 3months , its such a superior phone nd with some good features. as well as its bettery backup is more than other android phones. compare to above these features pirce is low.

If I update my JB v to kitkat, is there any chance that i will have boot loop prob? i am so afraid because I will not know what to do if i will have boot loop prob specially when stuck on logo and cannot get to main screen.

i just now opted to update the mi recovery 2.0.1 the up dating got stuck at 98% then i seitched off the mobile and rebooted it now my mobile is not working it says the zip file of recovery is not stored in memorycard and try to store it at the root the phone is dead and i dont know what to do please send options to recover my phone
