Hi friends am using redmi past 1month ... I will give u one clear idea ...the stock rim miui is having some bugs laging and heating problems so I flashed new mokee ROM now my redmi is better than moto g no hanging heating average battery backup good performance so if u want Good user experience u have to move to custom rome

I am using this phone from last 2 months, from earlier days this phone giving me problem about wifi hot-spot....i can't able to create password for hot-spot. It only works without password...

Hello All,
I am using this phone since 15 days, at beginning it was such a disappointed handset for me becoz of its draining battery life, over heating and lagging issue due to its poor ram management. However, now I have solved all these issues, No doubt this is a superior handset. Now I get 5 hours of battery backup on continue 3g uses at brightness level 40%. I have done some little experiment which I would like to share here. First root your Redmi 1s by flashing SuperSu.zip (search on Google), after successful root, flash PurePerformance™.zip (search on Google). Delete some preinstalled apps. Install Root Explorer and go to etc thermal 8226.consf and edit this by deleting last paragraph and save as default. After doing this procedure, your device will never be lag and it will heat only when pluged in charger. Enjoy|
