for those who are comparing redmi with huawei honor holy, i have redmi 1s my friend holy nd 2 friends moto g, holy camera is horrible as compared to redmi, moto g's camera also little bit down than redmi but color production of moto g is better

I can confirm this, the day I bought it I was still using MIUI. If they wanted to emulate the iOS experience they need to optimize this phone, you can feel its really bottlenecking the performance and yes battey drains fast , the next morning I downloaded the 200mb ish CM11(KitKat fyi) unofficial. Everythings great now, battery life is alot better, no more excessive heating.

m using dis phone frm last 4 month ... in starting I was having prob of heating ... after updating (515mb) all issues are solve ....
m fully satisfied with dis phone .... best phone in best price

Hello, After using it for 20 odd days I can say I'm very happy with the performance of this phone. Till date I was using HTC brand which is also very stable & useful.
There are many rumors about the phone heats up & battery drain early. Unfortunately these are true, but if you update it to the latest version of MIUI (v45) then these issue are just gone for you. After update I was very satisfy. After few days I just change the OS from MIUI to cyanogenmod 11 just to check if any improvement. Battery backup is pretty good now.
