As it's having a built in battery (non removable), w... moreNo.It is a major disadvantage of such phones. You have to go around redmi shops and they will fix a new battery in your phone. But it will cost you much. I dont understand why these phones are making non removable batteries.
Advantage of removable batteries (that LG makes): You can double the battery life by buying a new battery with more mAH. You can keep two-three charged batteries in your pocket while travelling and use them when your primary battery drains.
But you cant do all these things with xiaomi phones.

The phone doesnot have sd card and dual sim facility like the predecessor. Its a huge disadvantage of this phone. For that reason I have not got Mi note 3 itself. Either we can use dual sim or one sim and one sd card. Very disappointed.

Waiting for camera test.
Redmi Note 3 is good for every aspects but not for camera.
If Redmi 3S's photo is better than Redmi Note 3, I will buy it !!

Redmi Note 3 is good at performance (CPU), but sucks at gaming (GPU), plus no SD card slot
Redmi 3s is decent at performance (low performance), but have better gaming performance than redmi note 3 (Adreno 505 is a new GPU, might be better than Adreno 405 in SD616 in Redmi 3 pro); also have hybrid slot (sd card support in one of sim slot) and fingerprint sensor
The best one is neither of them; it's Redmi Note 3 pro with SD 650 (great performance, close to last year flagship cpu performance) and Adreno 510 (lower than Adreno 530 in SD 820, but better than Adreno 505 in SD 430) as well as 2 options of RAM & storage (2/16 or 3/32) and fingerprint scanner

AnonD-531680, 14 Jun 2016Is sd 430 is a upgrade or degrade ?Redmi 3 had snapdragon 616 (4x1.5ghz,4x1ghz) with adreno 405 ..... which is much more capable in handling highend games on a 720p screen.
Well now the SD430 has (4x1.4ghz,4x1.1ghz) with adreno 505 ( less battery consumption/more performance) and the peak processor performance should be a bit less(lower clocked pseudo BIG cores) but daily usage should benefit from the 1.1ghz clock of little cores.. :)
