Is it worth or waste of money if buy redmi 3s from china unit? Or india unit is better? Or both is just same? Still thinking to buy or not to buy. Need an opinion pls thanks

Hi,
I just purchased redmi 3s with android 6. We have some PEAP 802.1x EAP networks here with mschapv2 phase 2-verification and I can't connect to them. The connections stays on verifying. I have a redmi note 3 here with android 5.1.1 that connects fine to the networks.

I received this phone on 9th Sept, I updated it (1.4GB update) but after this update phone not started yet it's only showing MI logo,
I tried Power button also but this is also doing same showing MI logo
There is no recovery mode.
