Sir I am received redmi3s prime last week.but back finger scan is not working. & gio sim out going & in coming is not working. What is the problem. Plz clarify. I am very disappointed.

I got a new one and 5 days later the phone does turn on battery is full charge.

I purchased redmi 3s prime and i put sim in one slot it was working properly but when i put both sim than network is not coming and its showing no sim plss help me out i tried all triks network setting, hardware test, all in hardware test it showing sim not exist.

satisfied with the phone.
very good built quality, camera, battery backup, infrared port, fingerprint scanner ect.
Only drawback I faced that, when I updated it to MIUI 8.0.3.0 it the phone lost VoLTE support for Reliance Jio. But hope the issue will be addressed in next MIUI built as its a software related problme.
Overall its ***** phone in the price.

I'm confused..... Should I go for redmi 3s prime or add 3k more and go for redmi note 3 32 gb.?
I like compact size phones(5 inch or below), but when comparing the specs between redmi 3s prime and redmi note 3 I feel like redmi note 3 is a better option. How about real life performance of both phones like battery, camera, speed,call quality etc..?

Is any one facing problem with proximity sensor?? I am facing. When ever I call some one or some one calls me when I put mobile on my ear then screen black.. bt if i put down mobile still mobile does not wake up .. Bt after from other end when that person cut the phone cl then my screen comes... any one facing similar issue?

my 3s prime is not working properly. the mobile is every time re-start. I show to Mi service centre but not solve the problem
