Replace battery or screen or both. Thats all. Around 30 to 50$ tho yea i guess a new phone would be good too but depends

My phone has gone off for a week now, the battery was at 10% whilst playing game and the phone went off suddenly. Since then it hasn’t come again I have charge and charge and yet nothing showing on the screen. What may have caused that any help?

Bought this when it first release, now after 4 years of heavy use, the phone is a lagfest and don't get me started on the ghost touch. Mediocre performance, bad camera, battery drains faster, this gave me the best 4 years of a having a budget buster but now it's time for an upgrade sadly not to redmi again after every update their os gets worse. Solid 5.5\10 an average phone for an average man :(

I still use this phone. Battery is very good, but it gets worse every year. I give it a 7/10 because it is getting bad.

As for me, this is my first Xaomi phone and will be the last. I will never recommend Xaomi phones based on my experience. Ghost touch, ghost switch off and on, hanged frequently, importantly at incoming calls, press and attempt to navigate internet or check mails, slow to process apps, and even to dial a number takes 2 minutes for sim option t pop up. Poor internet and network strength, drains battery very fast- less than 8 hours on heavy usage.
Succinctly put, Xaomi Redmi 8 is an extremely poor phone based on my experience in the past 2 years.

The only matter is need to BOOST time to time
