Waste of glass on the camera lens, it looks ridiculous for 8mp sensor. If they made it smaller it would be way better.

Not recommended for heavy communication, such as frequent messaging, as it tends to lag significantly. At times, I couldn’t answer customer calls due to the slow and unresponsive interface. It’s also not suitable for even moderately demanding games. I believe this phone is more appropriate for kids under 6 years old or senior citizens, as it performs well for streaming YouTube and Netflix so far.

I am a great lover of redmi phones I have used the note 10, 12, using the a1 without any challenges but the A3 is giving lots of challenges. No links open on it. Not on zoom or WhatsApp. I have being unable to install system updates despite the notification. It's lags in downloading and after refuses to install when it asks to be restarted. Feedback is no comments icon shows and it goes off for like 30 minutes. I still keep getting the notification for system. The system is saying the phone has not been updated in 13 months. It's 1.96gb undated

It's been four months of using this phone and it is really worth it for me using social media but for gaming I didn't recommend this phone

The phone lags a lot and can't run some games and apps properly. Those are to be expected from a low end phone but the worst and most disappointing of all is the fact that it can't play YouTube videos at 720p and 1080p smoothly unless you close every other thing you're doing and even then it still lags 😩. You're better off with a tecno or infinix if you're considering a low end device. Very bad phone for its price compared to other low ends

This phone is full of shit. Apps display over other apps has been turned off automatically. It doesn't support many apps. Security and privacy has been turned on permanently. The phone controls the user instead of you controlling it infact I've regretted buying this phone and am not recommending it to anyone you buy at your own risk. BEWARE

You don't understand that not everybody is a phone enthusiast that visits gsmarena in their spare time and wants the latest specs. For your mother in law who just wants a phone that can make calls, send WhatsApps and watch YouTube, this will work fine. Why should they spend double the price for specs they won't use. And for those suggesting getting an old Galaxy S6 etc - that will be stuck on an outdated version of Android which will not run the current versions of apps
