Android go doesn't support the google discover feed on the left of the home screen page, but my A3 has the discover feed and the regular Google apps, not the go versions.
has it ever occurred to some of you that the specs differ in different countries?
This A3 is running something very similar to the old android one Ui, and has nothing MiUi on it anywhere.
I'm using my A3 alongside a Motorola G53 and a Samsung A15 5G.
both phones run rings around the Samsung which happens to be one of the worst budget Samsungs ever. While the A3 may not be as fast as the Moto, it's very capable and completely lag free.

sammy, 21 Aug 2024im a fan of redmi, but this A3 is the worstThis phone is very bad. Till today I still can't figure out why the phone is lagging very badly when I on my data. Like seriously I can't do anything with phone at that time, I will have to wait for it to take some time before I will be able to use it even though if there's no huge notifications coming in.That's just one. Two, there is no option for display over other apps in the phone, there's no sound recorder again ha'a🤔. If you're watching movie, and you mistakenly allow the screen to off hmmm dat's the end. You will have restart the phone before everything will be back to normal. If not all players in the phone will be affected by the problem.
Seriously from the bottom of my heart I regret buying this phone.

Go to "about phone"
Keep tapping rapidly " miui version " until show you are now developer
Then go to "additional settings" to find "developer options"

Bad phone. Am trying to turn off MIUI optimization but l don't see the option on developers option l want to install d day frontline commander but MIUI optimization is blocking everything please help

hafida, 10 Aug 2024i just ordered it pls tell me is it good?I have 128GB 4GB RAM.it is extremely low budget phone but it have android 14.It does not support widget at all!!!You cannot set up time,weather etc on home screen.But just go to googl play and download some new launcher like Pixel launcher and you will have everything You need like evry other new phone.You can choose launcher which suit You but I'm using few MB i thing Pixel is only 8 MB in total ,,😆Phone is fast .do not worry it will not freeze or something like that .You can install very big aication but do not expect to play game on this phone.

i possess redmi A3 it's a wonderful smart phone it has 6 gb 128 gb storage it runs on powerful mediatek helio g36 processor which is highly efficient and capable performance most importantly it has bluetooth 5.4 update i love my Redmi A3
